Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Revised: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the GameApp.email website, browsing our archived dispatches, utilizing our automated WebMCP AI endpoints, or subscribing to our weekly email newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of this site.
2. Nature of Service & Deal Accuracy Notice
GameApp.email provides editorial commentary, curated game recommendations, and third-party price tracking. While our editorial board verifies every price drop and historic low at the time of publication (8:00 AM UTC on Saturdays), retail prices, stock levels, and promotional discounts are subject to rapid change by digital storefronts (such as Steam, Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store, and cloud hosting providers).
GameApp.email does not sell games directly and does not guarantee that promotional prices will remain active once a publisher ends their sale event. Readers are advised to verify final prices before completing transactions on third-party storefronts.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All original editorial analyses, newsletters, benchmark write-ups, custom SVG vector assets, and software code on GameApp.email are the exclusive intellectual property of the GameApp network.
Game titles, publisher logos, character trademarks, and digital cover artwork displayed on this site are the property of their respective trademark holders. Their presentation on this site constitutes non-commercial fair use for news reporting, review, and criticism.
4. Acceptable Use & Automated Agents
We welcome autonomous AI agents, researchers, and LLM web crawlers that respect our published llms.txt and robots.txt protocols. Malicious scraping, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, automated subscription spamming, or exploitation of form inputs is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall GameApp.email or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from digital storefront purchases, cloud server misconfigurations, or third-party service outages.
