Unlike conventional digital marketing publications, we do not load third-party analytics scripts, retargeting pixels (such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics), or tracking beacons. Our web infrastructure operates 100% locally with zero external Content Delivery Network (CDN) dependencies, preventing third parties from profiling your IP address or reading habits.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to deliver our weekly gaming digest and maintain network security:

• Subscriber Email Address: Provided voluntarily when signing up for our weekly Saturday newsletter.
• Contact Form Inquiries: Name, email address, inquiry subject, and message submitted through our direct editorial desk.
• Server Telemetry Logs: Temporary HTTP access logs generated by our LiteSpeed web server (IP address, user agent, requested URL) retained for 7 days solely for DDoS mitigation and bot defense.

3. Client-Side Encrypted Storage

In accordance with our strict data protection protocols, any state or preferences saved to your browser (such as LocalStorage, SessionStorage, or Cookies) are encrypted before being saved and decrypted upon retrieval using client-side cryptographic hashing. No plaintext sensitive preferences are ever left exposed in the browser environment.

4. Newsletter Deliverability & CAN-SPAM Compliance

Every edition sent by GameApp.email strictly complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• We include our physical editorial correspondence address in the footer of every email.
• Every email contains an automated, one-click unsubscribe link that immediately ceases all outbound dispatches without requiring a login or survey.
• We never rent, sell, trade, or distribute your email address to external advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

5. Your Data Subject Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of your geographic location, you retain full sovereignty over your information:

• Right of Access & Portability: Request a complete export of all data associated with your email.
• Right to Erasure (The "Right to be Forgotten"): Request immediate permanent deletion of your email address and message records from our SQLite database.
• Right to Rectification: Update or correct your subscribed email address at any time.
